Drum Roll Please…

If anybody here at work, knew how much time I spend obsessing over knitting, I’d be in trouble.  I don’t know if I’d get fired like the people who have been caught looking at porn, but they probably wouldn’t like it much.

Anyhoooo….

The Hot Ears Headband pattern is c ompleted!

I didn’t managed to figure out how to make it a pdf, even though I’m at work.  I’m bad.  And spending time on things like that, like the porn problem, is just frowned upon.  I mean really… lets get our panties all in a twist over some non work stuff.

So glad it’s the weekend – Screw work and their twisted panties!

 Heehee…

I have the pattern! I have no idea how to upload it to here in any kind of permanent fashion.  The adobe site said I have 72 hours to retrieve it.  I have it saved on my computer, I have emailed it to myself, and I will save it at home too.  I’m not worried about losing it. Beyond that… I’ll have to research.

In the meantime… If anyone wants it, I’ll email it to you!

****Weekend smooches for all!****

  1. Go here to read how to share the file: http://betabloggerfordummies.blogspot.com/2007/02/upload-files-to-blogger.html

Basically, since blogger still doesn’t seem to support the file hosting of anything but jpeg images (and possibly videos, now), you have to upload the file to a 3rd-party file-hosting site, and then link to it from your blog. The guy in the webpage above recommends Google pages, but I have no experience with them, so can’t speak to how well that works. I’ve seen folks use other file-hosting sites fairly successfully, but the I’m always worried that the free ones will suddenly go defunct, and then you’re SOL. I would guess that Google probably has a little more longevity built in.

    Hope that helps.

  2. Aren’t you short-timing it on work anyway? I guess its best not to get caught even if you are out of there soon. I love the headband though! Knitting at work–you must tear through a lot of yarn that way. Very productive!
